Music Tree

Prize sketch for . He requested I do a sketch of a music tree.

I had a lot of fun doing this, but I realized that I am not really good at drawing small people. Generally if I draw people they are full page in my sketchbook, so something I need some practice with.

I somewhat pictured a musician in search for his muse goes wandering in the woods and happens upon the Music Tree. Here the birds, and apparently elves, of the woods come and play and sing with the tree.

(Sorry this is so late, I need a new sketchbook and actually used my husband's for this.)
